Lemon Marmalade

Well, that was an experience.

All that work and only two and a half pint jars.  I put the half full  pint jar in the fridge to use immediately.  It tastes good.

Anyone know how to adjust time if you adapt a recipe for pint jars to half pint jars?  I would have liked to have 5 jars instead of 2!  All that peeling and and chopping and boiling.  I am proud of myself, though!

"Pint" is a word that just doesn't look like it is pronounced.

I don't, I just put it in whatever size jars I want and make it the same.

Thanks, Homemade Alaska! Next time, I am going to try the jelly jars instead. Then I will have some to share! I feel stingy with my two little jars this time around.
